DESCRIPTION:Dear Staff and Students\, \nWe are pleased to announce that the HKSYU ChatGPT platform will be upgraded on 18 September 2026.\nThe service will be affected during the following period:\n•	Date: 18 September 2026 (Friday)\n•	Time: 18:00 p.m.–20:00 p.m. \nAs part of this upgrade\, the following existing models will be replaced:\n•	GPT-4.1\n•	GPT-5\n•	GPT-5 Mini\n•	GPT-5.1\nAfter the upgrade\, the following new models will be available:\n•	GPT-5.4\n•	GPT-5.6 Luna\n•	GPT-5.6 Terra\n•	GPT-5.6 Sol \nUsers may experience temporary service interruptions during the upgrade period.  \nIf you have any questions or require technical support\, please contact the Computing Services Centre at csc@hksyu.edu. \nThank you for your attention. \nComputing Services Centre\n16 September 2026
