The Computing Services Centre (CSC) provides technical support and equipment setup for Departmental and University events. CSC offers equipment setup and on-site support for both University and Department events or functions, such as HKSYU Information Day, Congregation, and other special events organized by Departments or Research Centre.

  1. Applications must be submitted to the CSC at least 2 weeks in advance.
  2. All equipment must be picked up and returned by the applicant at the CSC Office. Applicants should check the equipment before leaving the service counter.
  3. Equipment will be checked upon return, and the applicant is responsible for any loss or damage. Damaged or lost equipment will be subject to replacement costs.
  4. CSC typically provides on-site event support for the first 15 minutes of the event. If the applicant requests additional on-site event support afterward, they need to mention it in the request/ticket form for our consideration regarding the possibility of offering extended support.
